2008 “TOUGH ON TOP”

CLINIC

The Camp of Champions “Intensive” Wrestling School is hosting its 6^th  Annual “Tough on Top”Wrestling Clinic. This year’s clinician will be 2008 Olympian “Ben Askren”! Ben’s accomplishments are 2 time NCAA Division I National Champion, 2 time Hodge Award Winner, 4 time NCAA Finalist! He will be teaching his way of breakdowns, near falls, and pinning.  This deadly top position series awarded him the most dominating wrestler in recent history, his last session will be his “funk” series!  Please fill out your roster with the individuals attending, this clinic will fill at 150 wrestlers and coaches only. Middle school and age group wrestlers are also invited to this tremendous clinic experience. Coaches may bring their video cameras to this clinic.

Featuring high profile national and regional staff, J Robinson Technique Camps cover every aspect of wrestling.  The basic fundamentals to advanced college-level match strategies are taught and reviewed with emphasis on skill development.Daily schedules consist of three on-mat training sessions offering campers a variety of work out partners based on age and ability in small group settings. 

Each day a different special guest will make appearances providing campers with motivational and inspirational speeches.

Ideal for wrestlers 8-18 years of age. *Minnesota campers must be at least 10 years of age to stay in the dorms.

Cael Sanderson’s Iowa State Wrestling Camps will be in Pomona, CA this July 7-11. We are excited to return to CA again this summer after having such a successful camp there last summer. We have a lot of great things planned. This Year’s Camp will be a combination of a Technique Camp and a Team Camp with Dual Meets and Live Competitions and Team Building and Leadership Exercises.
